Franklin's Tator Tot Casserole

Tator Tot Casserole
 
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 small bag mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound frozen tater tots
 
Brown meat with onions in skillet and drain.  Spoon into 8 inch square baking dish.  Mix soup and milk.  Pour over meat mixture.  Top with layers of mixed vegetables, cheese, and potatoes. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
