Grilled Tomato Salad
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
3 dashes worchestshire sauce
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
5 large tomatoes quartered
In a medium bowl add oil, lemon juice, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Add basil and let set. Take quartered tomatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. On a hot grill sear the tomatoes until brown on all sides. Toss tomatoes in basil mixture. Serve when ready.
