Corn, Blackbean, and Cilantro Quesdillas

Corn, Blackbean, and Cilantro Quesdillas
 
1 package flour tortillas
1 can crisp cut corn
1 can black beans
2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup pico de gallo
1/2 each diced onion
1 each diced jalapeno
2 each diced tomato
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon corriander
salt and pepper to taste
1 each fresh lime
 
 
In hot pan place butter and flour tortilla.  Next sprinkle cheese on top of tortilla.  Next add corn, beans, and pico.  Squeeze lime on top lightly and place flour tortilla on top.  Flip and brown on other side.  Remove and cut into triangles. Serve with sour cream and guacamole if desired.
