Pimento Cheese Spread

Pimento Cheese Spread

1 pound pepper jack cheese grated

1 container sour cream (16- ounces)

2 cups four cheese finely grated

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

4 tablespoons diced red peppers

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with crackers or bread
