Pineapple Express was a drag. We actually left the movie annoyed because it was such a let down. The humor was stale and tasteless. The action was weak at best. The acting was bad(we are not sure there was any). The dialog was boring and not very witty. We were hoping that there would be some sort of true revelation and redemption for the characters in the movie but that just did not seem to take place. The only revelation was when Seth Rogan's character realizes he is no better than the drug dealer he is hanging out with. It is rare that we leave a movie and completely hate everything about it but we could not find any redeeming qualities in Pineapple Express. It was just plain SUPERBAD.
