Analysts say as banks lose money on mortgage loans, they try to raise their profits through credit card rate increases. If you're looking for a good deal -- cardratings.com lists these two Arkansas banks as having the best credit card interest rates in the country. Simmons First: 7.25% Pulaski Bank: 6.5%
