There could be a natural, safe and easy way to lower your cholesterol -- eating your fruits and veggies. Researchers say Phytosterols or Plant Sterols are one of the best proven ways to lower cholesterol. They're found in fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds and added to spreads and snack bars. Research finds they can reduce bad cholesterol by 10 to 15 percent.
