Boating Safety

By: Tracy Douglass
Updated: March 12, 2008
Lev Bradford and Wild Man Wilson joined me this morning for boating safety.

This is the time of year when our thoughts turn to getting outside and getting in that boat. To make your boating experience a pleasant one instead of a huge disappointment there are a few steps to take to make sure you get off on the right foot.

#1 Make sure you have life jackets and wear them!
#2 Make sure to have a throwing device.
#3 Make sure to have a horn or whistle.
#4 Make sure to have lights.

Happy boating!
