Here's the recipe from Thursday's pasta dish.
Pan Seared Sea Scallops
1 package Ramon Noodles Hot and Spicy
1/4 each sliced onion
1 each Tomato diced
8-10 each large scallops
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Follow directions on the package of noodles and cook the noodles only.
Set the seasoning package aside.
Next in a hot saute pan add the oil.
Sear scallops until almost done and add onions and tomatoes.
Season with seasoning package to desired taste. Serve immediately.
