Deputies with the Pike County Sheriff's Office have three suspects in custody accused of running an illegal moonshine operation.

Deputies arrested Tami Duggan, Gare Duggan, and Clayton Plunkett.

During the arrest deputies say they found 13 firearms, a 60 gallon moonshine still and dozens of quarts of moonshine.

All three are charged with manufacture and possession of moonshine.

Gare Duggan and Clayton Plunkett also face weapons charges.

The suspects told authorities they couldn't arrest them because the moonshine was for "personal use".

I wasn't aware the cops were so up in arms about this... I was thinking about ordering a still myself. MoonshineDistiller.com has some pretty sweet looking stuff!
