A pickup basketball game is helping to raise money for an injured student in Lake Hamilton.

Three weeks after a car accident, the Lake Hamilton High School student has left the hospital.

Lance Womack is recovering after being critically injured.

Womack, who is Class President, left Arkansas Children's Hospital yesterday.

The same day, a pick-up basketball game had been organized to help out with his recovery.

T-shirts and wrist bands could be seen at the game, as signs of support.

Lance Womack credits the community support with aiding in his recovery.

"I just want to say thank you to everyone for your prayers and support,"said Lance.

" We couldn't do it with out y'all. I love my school."

Lance tells us he will have skull surgery in two to four months.
