Autism

By: Tracy Douglass
Updated: January 17, 2008
Thanks to Autism Educator David Deere and meteorologist Mike Francis for joining me on my segments today.

Mike gave us a very candid insight into his personal experiences with his son Garrett and he also revealed his passion for reaching fathers with autistic children.

We learned a lot this morning but we are going to go a lot deeper into the world of Autism during our week long special coming up in February.

For more information about Autism visit www.cdc.gov/actearly or call 501-682-9900 or 800-342-2923
