Identity theft is one of the most commonly reported consumer complaints.

Arkansans file nearly 2,000 identity theft complaints annually, according to the latest FTC consumer sentinel report.

The Arkansas Attorney General's office has issued more than 500 ID theft passports to victims of identity theft.

It's no wonder that many consumers are thinking about identity theft insurance, but is it something consumers really need?
