Healthy Living: Naps for Adults Recommended

A new German study looked at the effects of a daily nap on an adult's ability to perform certain tasks.

They found those who took a nap scored higher on tests of memory and reason.

They say slow wave activity in the brain during deep sleep acts to store information learned throughout the day, and gives the brain a new, fresh capacity for learning the remainder of the day.

Yet another excuse for that nap in the afternoon.
