Lawmakers To Ban E-cigarettes For Minors

A Northwest Arkansas lawmaker is trying to keep nicotine away from kids, by introducing a bill to ban the sale of e-cigarettes to minors.

The bill would completely ban selling, giving, or trading e-cigarettes to minors. In accordance with laws that already prohibits the sale of other nicotine products to minors, It would also prohibit minors from having them in their possession. The bill proposes a fine of up to a hundred dollars per violation.
