Tom Cotton Speaks to Farmers in Pine Bluff

Natural State native Congressman Tom Cotton reached out to Arkansas farmers on Tuesday.

The congressman was the key note speaker at the Pine Bluff Rotary Club's Farmer's Appreciation Day held at the Pine Bluff Country Club at noon.

Representative Cotton will return to Washington for the next session of House business next Tuesday.
