Disco Murder Suspect Convicted, Gets Life Sentence

Edward Thompson III was found guilty of first-degree murder, aggravated robbery and theft of property on Thursday.

Thompson was convicted for the shooting death of Richard Rately at Disco early on Christmas Eve in 2011.

He was sentenced to life for murder, 50 years for aggravated robbery and 40 years for theft of property, to be served concurrently.
