A Little Rock man is recovering from a gunshot wound to the chest at his home in the city's Twin Lakes neighborhood.

It happened Monday night around 10 o'clock on Cerelle Drive.

Police say the 28-year-old victim told officers he did not know who shot him but that it might have been a neighbor. He was taken to the hospital for injuries described as not life-threatening.

Several people were interviewed by police at the scene, including a man seen leaving the scene after the shooting, but no one was arrested in the incident.

The victim's mother told police her son had been in a fight earlier with a teen who lived up the street.

Police say the victim would not cooperate with officers trying to determine what happened and who shot him. He reportedly told police he didn't want to press charges.
