State Police: 36 Pounds of Marijuana Found in Russellville Traffic Stop

The Arkansas State Police says 36 pounds of high-grade marijuana were found inside a man's vehicle in a traffic stop in Russellville over the weekend.

It happened early Saturday morning along Interstate 40, sending a California man to jail.
