LITTLE ROCK, AR - A Georgia man was found guilty on 10 counts of wire fraud after he took $300,000 from an elderly relative in Bentonville with the promise to invest it, but instead used the money to pay for his personal expenses.

Rodney Callaway, 68, of Duluth, GA was also found guilty of one count of mail fraud. Callaway faces up to 20 years in prison on each count.

The prosecution said Callway's cousin received the money as part of a settlement with a nursing home. Callway said he was a trustee for a Philippine company and offered to invest it.
