Woman Arrested for Accessing Co-Worker's Emails

A Prairie Grove woman accused of illegally accessing a coworker's emails was arrested on Monday.
Sandra McReynolds was a 20-year employee at McBride Distributing when managers there contacted police about suspicions she had accessed business information from another employee's email, then shared that information with other employees at the company.
McBride paid a computer company more than $2,500 to investigate, and they reportedly found evidence showing that McReynolds had accessed more than 150 emails multiple times from the computer in her office.
They also found that she had accessed the emails remotely from her home.
McReynods turned herself in Monday with an attorney and admitted to accessing the emails and sending the information to other employees.
