A dog attacks a 2 year-old boy, while he was playing in his own front yard.
London police talked to the toddler's mother -- who describes the dog as an old black lab.
According to the River Valley Leader, the boy suffered bites to the head and face and received several stitches.
A neighbor says the same dog killed her dog not too long ago.
Police requested vaccination records from the dog's owner, but at last report -- they haven't provided proof.
