A single-car accident has left two people dead in Pulaski County.

According to the accident report, a Pulaski County Sheriff's Deputy responded to the accident at Highway 10/Garrison Road around 11:30 Thursday night where he found a red sedan in a tree line next to the roadway.

Passenger Aimee Burghart was pronounced dead at the scene, while driver Daniel Burghart was taken to Baptist Hospital, where he later died, according to the report.

The responding deputy reported finding a bag containing 10 bottles of Propofol, a drug often used as anesthesia. The bag was submitted to evidence.

Friends and family tell KARK 4 News that Daniel Burghart worked as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and often carried Propofol with him as part of his job.
