CALS Announces 2013 Arkansas Literary Festival

Today, the Central Arkansas Library System anouced their 2013 Arkansas Literary Festival.

Joining KARK 4 Today's Wendy Suares are Susan Gel of CALS and Jay Jennings, volunteer chair of the festival and local author.

When: April 18-21

Where: Main Library and other venues in Little Rock and North Little Rock.
