Conway Police Investigating Rash of Car Break-Ins

Conway police say they've had a rash of car break-ins all over the city.
According to police, there have been 24 break-ins just in the last few weeks.
In most cases, the thieves break out the car windows after seeing a wallet or purse in full view.
Police say cars that are left unlocked or even running are being targeted.
