Discount giant Walmart wants to build a 42,000 square foot grocery store in Russellville, but one city alderman says some homeowners in that neighborhood are not happy about it.

Walmart wants to build at the intersection of South Vancouver and Main Street, but in order to do that, the city council would have to approve the store's request to rezone the land.

The first public hearing on that issue is Thursday night.
