Train Derailment in Sharp County

A train has gone off the tracks in Northeast Arkansas.

KAIT Region 8 News in Jonesboro reports it happened near a town in Sharp County this morning.

Sharp County Sheriff Mark Counts confirmed the derailment happened near Williford, but has released no further details.

We'll have more on the story as soon as officials release additional information.
