According to the police report, the girlfriend of 24-year-old Brentley Wolfgang told officers it all started with a fight Sunday, when he knocked her out in the driveway of their home and took off with her child a short time later.

Police arrested Wolfgang and found the child two hours later.

Wolfgang is out of jail on $5,000 bond.

In addition to kidnapping and aggravated assault charges, he also faces misdemeanor charges, including endangering the welfare of a minor.
