Former UCA President Pleads Guilty, Gets Fine

A former UCA president pleaded guilty on Monday for his part in a vendor contract scandal.

Allen Meadors told a judge he was guilty of violating Arkansas' Freedom of Information laws.
   
This stems from a letter regarding a contract Meadors apparently destroyed.

Prosecutors say they are pleased a public official was being held accountable.
   
Meadors will have to a pay a $250 fine.
