Maumelle High School Baseball Player Beats Cancer

A Maumelle baseball player swung for the fences and is home free for now, in his fight against cancer.

Chad Cox, an ace pitcher for the high school baseball team, had been diagnosed with cancer.

His team responded by shaving their heads and raising money for his treatment.

Chad is now cancer-free, and his family is thanking the community for their prayers and support.
  
Now he's looking forward to going back to school.
