NLR Man Killed in New Year's Morning Car Crash

A North Little Rock man has died after being thrown from a car in a New Year's morning traffic accident.

The North Little Rock Police Department (NLRPD) says it happened just before 1:00 at West 52nd Street and Camp Robinson Road, when two cars collided.

The victim is identified as Gilbert Estrada, 42. He was pronounced dead after being taken to a Little Rock hospital.

Police say the accident is still under investigation.
