Arkansas Cable Customers Frustrated With Outages

By:
Updated: December 31, 2012
Some Arkansas cable subscribers say they are frustrated with Comcast's service not being restored as quickly as they would like in the wake of the Christmas Day storm of 2012.

A spokesman for the largest cable operator said crews are working around the clock to restore service but safety of its workers is a concern since the storm caused downed trees and fallen lines.

More than a dozen frustrated customers responded to KARK's social media request to check on their status. Most of them said they could not get through to Comcast and criticized the company's response to the outage. Others said they just got their service restored Monday.
