The CCSO says Chappel was caught by a homeowner inside their home around 11 o'clock this morning and taken back into custody.

Original story (10:00 a.m.):
A manhunt is underway in the Arkadelphia area for an inmate who escaped from the Clark County Jail.

Jamaal Rashad Chappel, 33, was being held on charges of residential burglary and theft of property.
