A drive along Interstate 440 eastbound in Little Rock turned frightening for a woman on Sunday morning.

Emergency crews responded just before nine o'clock to a call on the side of the road.

That's where rescuers had to rappel over a bridge to save a woman who had to jump over the edge after she lost control of her SUV due to icy conditions.

The woman's jump sent her about 25 feet below to a swampy area.

Several vehicles were involved in the accident and MEMS says two people were sent to the hospital.

About 15 rescue workers aided in the efforts to get everybody out.
