More than 14 million adults and children in the United States are living with diabetes, and many of them wear an insulin pouch around their waists.

The parents of one little girl were tired of seeing their daughter with her pouch, so they came up with an idea.

There is a dress with a special hidden pocket to cover up the pump, but the mother says when they were out in public, they had to lift her dress up to access the pump, and it was uncomfortable for her.

Mother Mireille Nicoletti says, "That was when we decided to come up with a pocket that we can pull the pump out of the side instead of having to lift the dress up."

The company, Alana-Mireille Apparel, has been in business about a year. Dress sizes are for toddlers to young girls, for 23 to 30 dollars.
