NLR Police Department Giving Back to Needy Families

Officer Tommy Norman of the North Little Rock Police Department is in the KARK studio with Mallory Hardin to talk about the season of giving.

The North Little Rock Police Department is going to be delivering meals to needy families on Thursday and hosting a parade throughout North Little Rock.
