Storms Knock out Power to More than 40,000 in Arkansas

A line of storms that moved through Arkansas from west to east Wednesday night and Thursday morning knocked out power to thousands.

As of 8:30 this morning, Entergy Arkansas listed a total of nearly 40-thousand without power across the state.

Pulaski has the most number of outages with over 6,000. It was followed by Garland, Union, Faulkner, Columbia, Pope, Hot Spring, Jefferson and Saline counties.

Outages are reported in a total of 46 counties.
