Lonoke Co. Sheriff Issues Release Regarding Search for Radio Host

By: KARK 4 News
Updated: December 7, 2012
The Lonoke County Sheriff's Department has issued the following release regarding the search for local radio host DC:

On the 7th December 2012, around 10:30 a.m., the Sheriff's Office received a report of a possible missing person identified as Willard E. Moran III known as "DC." It was reported Moran failed to show for work at the radio station where he is employed and failed to call in. Family members went to his residence near Cabot at which time they discovered he was not at home. It further appeared to be suspicious to family members that his vehicle was still parked in the driveway. Investigators responded to the residence and initiated a search of the wooded area adjacent to the residence.  There did not appear to be any signs of forced entry to the residence of signs of a struggle. As of the time of this release, there have been no further developments. Interviews are being conducted with family and friends.  Anyone with information of the whereabouts of Moran is asked to contact the Lonoke County Sheriff's Office (501) 676-3000.
