A Psychedelic Christmas in North Little Rock

This year's theme was, "Psychedelic Christmas."

Everyone from high school bands to beauty queens graced the street with their presence, including the city's new mayor-elect Joe Smith.

Smith was grateful for his first chance as mayor to join other members of the community for the city-wide event.
