Business Owner Speaks Out Against Attorney General Lawsuit

Two businesses in Springdale - caught up in a lawsuit.

The Attorney General believes their offices are advertising with deceit, offering help for illegal immigrants, under a law that does not exist.

Lawsuits were filed on Thursday and Friday.

The owner of one business involved in the legal case is defending her practices.

Sonia Urrutia, owner of Sonia's Tax Services, says they are not breaking any laws, instead they are trying to help the Hispanic community translate forms they do not understand.
