The Benton Police Department (BPD) is searching for a sex offender for the second time within a month.
William Marsh, 48, was arrested three weeks ago for living too close to a daycare facility.
Since then, Marsh has bonded out of jail and had been scheduled to meet with detectives about his registration and home address.
The BPD says Marsh didn't contact the detectives and they have been unable to find him since his release. A warrant has been issued for Marsh for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration and Reporting Requirements.
Anyone with information on Marsh's location is urged to call the Benton Police Department at (501) 778-1171 or (501) 315-TIPS.
