NICU Support Program

baby One in every 10 babies born in the United States is admitted to a Newborn Intensive Care Unit because of premature birth or another medical condition. The NICU is vital in Arkansas where 186 babies are born preterm or with low birth weight each week.

Of course, having a baby hospitalized in a NICU can be frightening, confusing and overwhelming for parents.

It's for this reason, the Arkansas chapter of the March of Dimes is starting a new program
