End of Career Comes a Game Early for Razorback Seniors

"This is it," senior quarterback Tyler Wilson said. So why not go out there and light it up one more time?"

Thirty-three wins. Numerous school records. The program's first BCS bowl berth. This senior class has brought a lot of success to Arkansas.

"That's about as good as it's gotten around here," senior punter Dylan Breeding described. "It's been one awesome time to be a part of a pretty sweet time in Arkansas history."

Razorback Stadium has seen some very exciting times from these seniors through the years. Unfortunately, most of them haven't come this season. But both the coaches and the players are hoping this stadium and its fans get one more thrill on Friday.

"Not being able to go a bowl game, at this point, to wrap up my career here in Fayetteville is the perfect ending," Wilson explained. "This is where you'd want to play your last game."

"These seniors that are leaving, it's a special day for them," head coach John L. Smith said. "Please come and show them some respect and just show them how much you appreciate the things that they have done."

The LSU game's been sold out for since before the season began, but based on the way it's played out, a full stadium's far from a guarantee.
