Two People Shot in Hot Springs

Two people are recovering from gunshot wounds after an incident in Hot Springs.
It happened Wednesday night just before 6:30 in the area of Linwood Avenue and Hobson Avenue, just off Central Avenue.
Police say one of the victims was an 18-year-old man. He is reported to have suffered multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
The other person injured in the incident went to the hospital by private vehicle, police said.
Police have not yet released the names of the people who were shot but say both are expected to survive.
Detectives and crime scene crews are collecting evidence and conducting interviews but have not yet named a suspect or revealed the motive for the shooting.
