As a new mom going to the doctor (with twins!) can be a hectic experience. KARK 4's Wendy Suares explains tips that work for her during pediatrician visits.

- Bring a blanket or books with you
- Explore the room with your baby upon arrival
- Ask the Doctor to ditch the white coat
- If possible, bring both parents along
- Distract the baby during the actual shot
