Original story (11:45 a.m.):
A Cabot teenager has been reported missing.
The Cabot Police Department (CPD) says Tristian "Dusty" Higgins, 16, hasn't been seen since October 19th.
Higgins was reported missing by his guardian, who told police he last saw the teen when he dropped him off at the ACE (Academic Center of Excellence) School in Cabot the morning of October 18th.
The CPD says about two hours later, the boy got into an argument with a teacher and ran away from the campus. He was later found by police at his mother's home in Jacksonville but ran out the backdoor and was chased by police until they lost sight of him.
Higgins' family and the CPD are asking for any help in finding the teen.
He is described as being 5'8" tall and weighing about 150 pounds. At the time he left school, he was wearing black Dickie style pants with a hoody, with the writing of "Higgins" on the back.
Anyone with information on Higgins' whereabouts is urged to call the Cabot Police Department at (501) 843-6526 or any local law enforcement agency.
