Exercise May Help Asthma

 Children with Asthma sometimes shy away from physical activity out of fear it may trigger an attack. New research shows exercise may actually help. Scientists found those who participated in bi-weekly exercise sessions were less likely to become breathless compared to those who didn't exercise. They were also 52 percent less likely to use their Asthma medication and saw improved physical fitness.
