Hundreds showed up at the Statehouse Convention Center on Tuesday looking for leads on a good job.

Employers and nearly 300 human resource professionals met with potential candidates during the job fair to help with everything from working on a resume to interview skills.

Professionals with the Goodwill of Arkansas were also there to focus on urging companies to take another look at job-seekers with disabilities and rather focus on their abilities.

"There's no difference in them, and this is Employment Disability Month as well, so we're emphasizing the importance of working," says Valerie Nix with Goodwill Industries of Arkansas.

This is just one way Goodwill is garnering attention during their month-long Disability Awareness Campaign.
