Some big names in Clark County politics were involved in a four-car pileup.

Gum Springs Mayor Mike Lester and State House hopeful Fred Harris got into an accident on Highway 67 in Clark County just after noon on Tuesday.

Lester reportedly crossed the center line and hit Fred Harris, who was driving the opposite direction.

After hitting another car, Mayor Lester hit an SUV head-on.

Both politicians and the driver of the fourth car were taken to the hospital, but none of the injuries were serious.
