District 4 Congressional candidates Tom Cotton and Gene Jeffress were in the KARK 4 studio Tuesday afternoon for a debate.

KARK 4's Jessica Dean moderated the debate between the two candidates, who discussed some of their plans if they were elected.

The candidates talked about health care reform, as well as Paul Ryan's proposed budgetary plan, which Cotton said he was for, and Jeffress said he was against.

Jeffress said in closing that he doesn't want to see a change in social security and Medicare, while Cotton said the current Obama path will not work and that the country should be heading in a different direction.
